So far this summer, quinoa-oatmeal with coconut milk and maple syrup has been my favorite breakfast. It’s creamy, filling, and healthy, plus the maple syrup adds just the right amount of sweetness, naturally. And I have a confession…I absolutely love the way that the quinoa kernels pops between my teeth. Don’t you?
Surprisingly, it has been over a month since I have posted on this blog. This summer has been so busy for me. If you follow me on Instagram, you would know that my family and I have just returned from Hawaii, plus we have been spending a lot of time on our boat. There is just so much going on that I have had to put my blog on the back burner. Today, I’m so happy to be back to cooking and blogging.
Oh yeah, I have another confession…so far this summer I’ve auditioned for two reality TV shows. I’m not looking to be on a reality show – the opportunity presented itself to me. It was exciting to audition for these shows, but the right one hasn’t come along for me…yet. #housewives #howaboutacookingshow
